The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) features 12,000/11,800 BTU/h cooling capacity, 10,800/10,500 BTU/h heating capacity, and a 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h electric heater – making it perfect for residential, commercial, and hotel use. This system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, charged with R-32 refrigerant, and is equipped with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. Please ensure you have the correct receptacle before placing your order.

For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are necessary but not included and must be purchased separately. This Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be controlled using the standard digital push-button control panel with LED display, the included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device.

Due to the system's size and weight, it is shipped palletized with arranged freight delivery service. An appointment for delivery is mandatory, so please verify your contact details before ordering. The compressor comes with a 7-year limited warranty, while parts are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
